Returns are usually available however please note that Restocking fees charged by manufacturers are quite high on Restaurant Equipment so in general it is not worth returning the item to the Factory. You are generally responsible for original and return ship fees plus a restock fee ranging from 15-50%, resulting in you having a better chance to recoup more money by reselling the item locally on CraigsList or here on ebay.
